May 3rd: Mother Daughter Yoga – Take time to play, flow and connect in a practice that celebrates the unique bond between mothers and daughters.
May 17th: Flow to Yin- Find your flow and warm your body for the first half of class, followed by deep relaxation poses.
May 31st: Yoga for Teens – A special practice designed for teenagers focusing on movement, mindfulness and breath work.
